Common use of Time and Place of Payments Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of Payments. All principal and interest due hereunder is payable in U.S. Dollars in immediately available funds at either (i) Payee's office located at 1800 Xxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 (xx at such other office as may be 21 22 designated from time to time by Payee), or (ii) by wire transfer pursuant to Section 2.05(a) of the Loan Agreement, not later than 1:30 p.m., Phoenix, Arizona time, on the date of payment.
