Common use of Time and Place of the Closing Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of the Closing. If the conditions referred to in Article 8 and Article 9 have been satisfied or waived in writing, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Seller at 9:00 a.m. MST on February 17, 2009, or such other day and time to which the Parties mutually agree (the “Closing Date”).
