Common use of Time and Place of the Closing Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of the Closing. If the conditions referred to in Articles VII and VIII of this Agreement have been satisfied or waived by the appropriate Party in writing, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Seller, whose address is 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Suite 100, Carpinteria, California, or at such place designated by Seller on the third Business Day after the conditions contained in Article VII and Article VIII have been satisfied, or at such other time as is mutually agreed between the Parties (the “Closing Date”).

Time and Place of the Closing.
