Time Call Received. For all requests for service, the "time call received" shall be the moment Contractor’s Medical Communications Center has received (either by telephone or computer data link) both sufficient location information to know a response is required and sufficient information to determine the presumptive run priority designation, or thirty (30) seconds after the call is transferred from County designated Communications Center, whichever is earlier.
