Time Commitment as a Consultant. During the Consulting Term, Green shall provide consulting services to the Company for thirty-six (36) business days during the one-year period beginning on the Transition Date and continuing through April 30, 2020, as reasonably requested by the CEO or the Board. Such services shall include advising the Company on scientific and medical matters related to the Company’s products as well as new products or opportunities that the Company may be considering or actively developing. The Company and Green anticipate that the time that Green devotes to performing consulting services for the Company will be no more than 20% of the average level of services that Green performed for the Company over the thirty-six (36) months immediately preceding the Transition Date.
Time Commitment as a Consultant. During the Consulting Term, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide consulting services to the Company for twenty-four (24) business days per year (pro-rated for any partial year after December 31, 2019 during the Consulting Term), as reasonably requested by the CEO or the Board. Such services shall include (i) representing the Company at medical conferences and investor conferences and (ii) meeting with ophthalmologists and other medical specialists on the Company’s behalf. The Company and ▇▇▇▇▇ anticipate that the time that ▇▇▇▇▇ devotes to performing consulting services for the Company will be no more than 15% of the average level of services that ▇▇▇▇▇ performed for the Company over the thirty-six (36) months immediately preceding the Transition Date.
