Common use of Time Commitment; Priority of CWRU Obligations Clause in Contracts

Time Commitment; Priority of CWRU Obligations. The Consultant agrees to devote a sufficient portion of his business time, attention and energies to the performance of the Services as necessary for the Consultant to perform such Services faithfully, diligently and in accordance with Consultant’s abilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company acknowledges that the Consultant is a member of the faculty of Case Western Reserve University and the medical staff of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and that his primary professional obligations are to perform his duties in these capacities and agrees that the Consultant’s doing so shall not constitute a violation of this Agreement.
