Common use of Time, Date and Place of Closing Clause in Contracts

Time, Date and Place of Closing. The closing of the contribution, assignment, transfer and delivery of the Acquired Interests and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx L.L.P., First City Tower, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Suite 2500, Houston, Texas 77002, on the date of this Agreement (the “Closing Date”).
