Time Element Insurance. Business income and extra expense insurance, insuring Tenant for a period of eighteen (18) months against losses arising from the interruption of Tenant's business, and for lost profits, and charges and expenses which continue but would have been earned if the business had gone on without interruption, insuring against such perils, in such form as is reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Such insurance should be without deductible and on an agreed amount basis with no coinsurance payable.

  • D & O Insurance The Company agrees that for six (6) years and one (1) business day after the expiration or earlier termination of the Employment Period the Company shall obtain and provide at its expense directors’ and officers’ liability insurance or directors’ and officers’ liability tail insurance policies covering the Executive with respect to acts or omissions occurring during Executive’s employment with the Company with coverage and amounts (including with respect to the payment of attorney’s fees) equal to or greater than those of the Company’s policy in effect on the date hereof.

  • Tenant Insurance Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant, Xxxxxx’s family or Xxxxxx’s invitees, licensees, and/or guests for damages not proximately caused by Landlord or Landlord’s agents.   • FIRE INSURANCE The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02.

The annual aggregate limit applicable to Commercial General Liability shall apply per location. Tenant will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain coverage as broad as the underlying insurance, including Terrorism Liability coverage, so long as such coverage is available at a commercially reasonable price.

  • Group Insurance Executive shall be entitled to participate in such group health and dental insurance programs (including spouse coverage) as may from time to time be offered generally to all of the other members of the senior management personnel of the Company and its subsidiaries.
