Common use of Time Extensions Clause in Contracts

Time Extensions. An approval of an extension of time for an approved application may be conditioned to comply with the provisions of this Title in effect when the application for time extension is deemed complete in compliance with Government Code Section 65943 where necessary to comply with state and federal law or to protect public health and safety.
