Common use of Time for Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Time for Acceptance. This Agreement shall constitute an offer to buy or sell the Property, as case may be, on the terms herein set forth only when executed by the Seller or Buyer. This Agreement may be accepted by the party receiving such executed Agreement only by executing this Agreement and delivering an original signed copy hereof to the Escrow Agent and an originally signed copy hereof to the other party hereto within five (5) business days after such receipt. Failure to accept in the manner and within the time specified shall constitute a rejection and termination of such officer.
