Common use of Time for Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Time for Arbitration. Any demand for arbitration involving an alleged breach of this Agreement shall be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim became known or should have become known; provided, however, any claim involving an alleged statutory obligation may be filed with the AAA and served on the other party at any time within the period covered by the applicable statute of limitations.
