Common use of Time for Bringing Action Clause in Contracts

Time for Bringing Action. Any action that Xxxxx brings against Seller that arises out of or relates to the goods and services provided by Seller to Buyer must be brought by Buyer within one year after the cause of action occurs.

Time for Bringing Action.
