To be eligible for payment, claims must be received by us by the later of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of service or 180 days from the date of discharge from a facility, unless (i) such longer period of time is set forth in the Provider Manual oror (ii) we have agreed in writing to waive this provision due to circumstances that limited your ability to submit a claim within such time period, including but not limited to delays caused by coordination of benefits.
