Common use of TIME FOR COMMISSION CONSENT Clause in Contracts

TIME FOR COMMISSION CONSENT. Subject to the provisions of Section 7.3 above, if the Commission has not given its written consents to the assignments of the Licenses set forth herein within five (5) months from the date of acceptance for filing of the applications for such assignments, any of the parties, if not then in default, may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the other parties. Upon such termination, if not otherwise in material breach or default of this Agreement, none of the parties shall have any right or liability hereunder and all Escrow Funds shall be returned to Buyer promptly.

Upon such termination, if not otherwise in material breach or default of this Agreement, none of the parties shall have any right or liability hereunder and all Escrow Escrowed Funds shall be returned to Buyer promptly.
