Time for Consideration and Revocation. Executive acknowledges that he was initially presented with this Agreement on June 28, 2018 (the “Receipt Date”). Executive understands that this Agreement shall be of no force or effect unless he signs and returns this Agreement on or before July 2, 2018 (the day of such execution, the “Agreement Effective Date”).
