Time for Consideration; Effective Date. Executive acknowledges that he has been provided with the opportunity to consider this Resignation Agreement for twenty-one (21) days before signing it. To accept this Resignation Agreement, Executive must return a signed original of this Resignation Agreement so that it is received by Xxxxxxx Xxxx the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, on or before the expiration of this twenty-one (21) day period.
