TIME FOR DEMANDING ARBITRATION. Any demand for arbitration shall be made in writing and served upon the other party to this Agreement. Such demand shall be served no later than the expiration of the applicable statute of limitation period under governing law for such dispute(s). Absent express written agreement of the parties, this time period shall not be extended by virtue of informal attempts to resolve the dispute.
