Common use of Time for Exercise Clause in Contracts

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after May 26, 1999, to and including May 25, 2000, 6,250 shares; (b) On or after May 26, 2000, to and including May 25, 2001, 6,250 shares; (c) On or after May 26, 2001, to and including May 25, 2002, 6,250 shares; and (d) On or after May 26, 2002, to and including May 25, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 6,250 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after May 26August 14, 19992009, to and including May 25August 13, 20002010, 6,250 18,750 shares;; and (b) On or after May 26August 14, 20002010, to and including May 25August 13, 20012011, 6,250 an additional 18,750 shares; (c) On or after May 26August 14, 20012011, to and including May 25August 13, 20022012, 6,250 an additional 18,750 shares; and; (d) On or after May 26August 14, 20022012, to and including May 25but before August 14, 2008 2018 (the "“Option Termination Date"”), 6,250 an additional 18, 750 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either any period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date Date, in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after May 26June 5, 19991998, to and including May 25June 4, 20001999, 6,250 50,000 shares; (b) On or after May 26June 5, 20001999, to and including May 25June 4, 20012000, 6,250 50,000 shares; (c) On or after May 26June 5, 20012000, to and including May 25June 4, 20022001, 6,250 50,000 shares; and (d) On or after May 26June 5, 20022001, to and including May 25June 4, 2008 2007 (the "Option Termination Date"), 6,250 50,000 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after May 26June 29, 1999, to and including May 25June 28, 2000, 6,250 12,500 shares; (b) On or after May 26June 29, 2000, to and including May 25June 28, 2001, 6,250 12,500 shares; (c) On or after May 26June 29, 2001, to and including May 25June 28, 2002, 6,250 12,500 shares; and (d) On or after May 26June 29, 2002, to and including May 25June 28, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 6,250 12,500 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after May 26June 25, 1999, to and including May 25June 24, 2000, 6,250 shares; (b) On or after May 26June 25, 2000, to and including May 25June 24, 2001, 6,250 shares; (c) On or after May 26June 25, 2001, to and including May 25June 24, 2002, 6,250 shares; and (d) On or after May 26June 25, 2002, to and including May 25June 24, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 6,250 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after May 26January 21, 1999, to and including May 25January 20, 2000, 6,250 3,750 shares; (b) On or after May 26January 21, 2000, to and including May 25January 20, 2001, 6,250 3,750 shares; (c) On or after May 26January 21, 2001, to and including May 25January 20, 2002, 6,250 3,750 shares; and (d) On or after May 26January 21, 2002, to and including May 25January 20, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 6,250 3,750 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.
