Time; Inconsistency. Time is of the essence in Borrower’s performance under this Agreement and all other Financing Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Financing Agreement, if and to the extent any terms or provisions contained in any Financing Agreement are inconsistent or conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control and govern.
