Common use of TIME IS THE ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the ApartmenttoUnit to the Allottee(s) and the common areasCommon Areas to the Maintenance Society or the competent authority, as the case may be.
