TIME LIMIT FOR MAKING CLAIMS. You must notify us of any loss or damage within 7 days of the collection of goods by you or their delivery by us to their destination, unless we agree to an extension of this time limit. If you fail to make a notification to us of such loss or damage we will not be liable.
