Common use of Time Limit for Submitting Clause in Contracts

Time Limit for Submitting. Grantee expenditures will be paid on a reimbursement basis only. On a quarterly basis, the Grantee shall submit actual expenses in a Financial Status Report and Request for Funds. This Report shall be submitted within 30 days after the end of each quarter being reported on for each funded fiscal year under this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit B. Guidelines from the Grantee Handbook for the submittal of the quarterly Financial Status Report and Request for Funds will be provided on request.
