Common use of Time Measure Clause in Contracts

Time Measure. The Time Measure shall be satisfied with respect to a Three Year RSU if the Participant is an employee, consultant or a member of the board of directors (or a similar position) of the Company for the period beginning on the Grant Date and ending on December 31, 2024 (the “Time Vesting Date”).
