Time of Adjustments to the Warrant Price Sample Clauses

The 'Time of Adjustments to the Warrant Price' clause defines when changes to the price at which a warrant can be exercised will take effect. Typically, this clause specifies that adjustments occur upon certain triggering events, such as stock splits, dividends, or other corporate actions that affect the underlying security's value. By clearly establishing the timing of these adjustments, the clause ensures that both the issuer and the warrant holder understand when the new warrant price becomes applicable, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining fairness in the warrant's value.
