Common use of Time of Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Time of Adjustments. All adjustments, unless otherwise specified herein, shall be effective as of the earlier of: 3.4.1 the date of issuance of the security causing the adjustment; 3.4.2 the effective date of a division or combination of shares; 3.4.3 the record date of any action of holders of the Company's capital stock of any class taken for the purpose of dividing or combining shares or entitling holders of Common Stock to receive a distribution or dividends payable in the Company's capital stock.
