Time of Admission. A person shall be deemed to have been admitted as a Venturer: (a) On the date this Agreement is fully executed by the Managing Venturer and all Venturers; or (b) If applicable, on the first day of the calendar month after which a Venturer is accepted in accordance with Article VI herein.
