TIME OF DELIVERY AND FORM OF BONDS. 7.2.1 The bonds shall be dated on or after the date of the Contract. 7.2.2 The Bidder shall require the attorney-in-fact who executes the required bonds on behalf of the surety to affix a certified and current copy of the power of attorney.
