TIME OF DELIVERY AND FORM OF BONDS. 8.2.1 The Bidder shall deliver the required bonds to the City not later than the date of execution of the City- Contractor Agreement, or if the Work is to be commenced prior thereto in response to a letter of intent, the Bidder shall, prior to commencement of the Work, submit evidence satisfactory to the City that such bonds will be furnished.
