Common use of Time of Exercise of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Time of Exercise of Warrant. This Warrant may be exercised at any time or from time to time beginning on May 16, 2002 through 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on April 19, 2006; provided, however, that this Warrant may not be exercised in whole or in part unless and until the Holder has purchased all 750,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock pursuant to a Subscription Agreement dated the date hereof by and between the Company and the Holder. The Company in its sole discretion may extend the duration of the period in which this Warrant may be exercised.
