Time of Reimbursement. Project Manager shall be reimbursed for out-of- pocket costs and expenses, subject to approval by County, on a calendar monthly basis, within thirty (30) days after submission to County of a statement thereof, together with such supporting material and detail as may be reasonably required by County.
