Time of Spring Fertilizer Application. Apply fertilizer in the spring in Zones 1 and 2 (with reference to the Planting Zones specified in Subsection 702.3.05.A) between April 1 and April 15. Apply between March 15 and April 1 for Zones 3 and 4. For late plantings, do not apply fertilizer less than 30 days after the plantings.
