Time of Submission of Claim for Increase in Contract Time and Cost. A Claim for an increase in the Contract Times (or Milestones) and/or amendment of the contract or contract price for additional cost of the Project due to a delay in the Work shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of the last date of the claimed delay.
