• Time of the Essence Time is of the essence of this Agreement.

• Time of Essence Time is of the essence of this Agreement.

• TIME IS ESSENCE The Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the project as disclosed at the time of registration of the project with the Authority and towards handing over the [Apartment/Plot] to the Allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be.

• Time is of the Essence Time is of the essence of this Agreement and of each and every provision hereof.

• Commencement and Expiry (a) This Agreement will commence seven days after approval by the Fair Work Commission and will nominally expire on 30 June 2020.

• Conditions of Effectiveness This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Amendment Effective Date”) on which, and only if, each of the following conditions precedent shall have been satisfied:

• Time is of Essence Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement.

• Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).
