Common use of Time of the Essence in This Work Letter Agreement Clause in Contracts

Time of the Essence in This Work Letter Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, all references herein to a “number of days” shall mean and refer to calendar days. If any item requiring approval is timely disapproved by Landlord, the procedure for preparation of the document and approval thereof shall be repeated until the document is approved by Landlord. Both Landlord and Tenant shall use commercially reasonable, good faith, efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with each other to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the permits, as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease, and, in that regard, shall meet on a scheduled basis to be determined by Landlord and Tenant, to discuss progress in connection with the same.
