Time or Order of Attachment Sample Clauses

Time or Order of Attachment. The acknowledgments contained in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement are applicable irrespective of the time or order of attachment or perfection of security or ownership interests or the time or order of filing or recording of financing statements or mortgages or filings under the Texas Electric Choice Plan (as defined in the Initial Indenture) or the Public Utility Regulatory Act (as defined in the Restoration Indenture).
