Time Period for Disputes and Adjustment of Invoices. A Party may seek a correction of any invoice, or any adjustment to an invoice, rendered under this Agreement within twelve (12) months of the date the invoice or adjustment to an invoice was rendered. Unless a party has submitted a written request for review of an invoice or an adjustment to an invoice within twelve (12) months of the date of the invoice or adjustment to the invoice, the invoice or adjustment shall be considered final and not subject to further adjustment.
