Time Reimbursement Due. Owner shall pay to Proinvest the amount of reimbursable expenses incurred by Proinvest during the preceding calendar month that are reimbursable pursuant to this Section 8.2 provided that Owner has received from Proinvest an itemized statement of such reimbursable costs; such expenses shall be paid by Owner within thirty (30) days after Owner’s receipt of such itemized statement.
