Common use of Time Restricted Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Time Restricted Stock Units. Subject to the Participant’s continued Employment with the Company and its Affiliates (except as provided in Section 3(k)) through the applicable Time Performance Date, the Time Restricted Stock Units shall be earned with respect to one-third of the Shares on December 31, 2009 and one-third on December 31, 2010 and one-third on December 31, 2011.
