Common use of Time to Consider Release Clause in Contracts

Time to Consider Release. Employee is hereby advised in writing by the Company that he should consult an attorney before executing this Release. Employee has a period of up to forty-five (45) calendar days after receiving the Release within which to review and consider the provisions of this Release. Employee understands that if he does not sign this Release before the forty-five (45) calendar day period expires, this Release offer will be withdrawn automatically.
