Time to Consider Release. Executive is hereby advised in writing by the Company that Executive should consult an attorney before executing this Release. Executive has a period of up to twenty-one (21) calendar days after receiving the Release within which to review and consider the provisions of this Release. Executive understands that if Executive does not sign this Release before the twenty-one (21) calendar day period expires, this Release offer will be withdrawn automatically.
