Time to Consider Release. The Company advises Executive in writing to consult with an attorney before executing this Release. Executive further acknowledges that the Company has given him a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days within which to review and consider the provisions of this Release. Executive understands that if he does not sign this Release before the twenty-one (21) calendar day period expires, certain payment set forth in the Retention Agreement will be withdrawn automatically.
