Common use of Time to Consider Clause in Contracts

Time to Consider. Executive acknowledges that Executive has been advised that he has forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of this Release to consider all the provisions of this Release and he does hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive said given forty-five (45) day period.
