Common use of Time to Consider Clause in Contracts

Time to Consider. Executive acknowledges that Executive has been advised that Executive has twenty-one (21) days from the date of receipt of this Release to consider all the provisions of this Release and, to the extent Executive signs this Release prior to the expiration of such period, Executive does hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive the remaining portion of such twenty-one (21) day period. EXECUTIVE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT EXECUTIVE HAS READ THIS RELEASE CAREFULLY, HAS BEEN ADVISED BY THE COMPANY TO, AND HAS IN FACT, CONSULTED AN ATTORNEY, AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THAT BY SIGNING BELOW EXECUTIVE IS GIVING UP CERTAIN RIGHTS WHICH EXECUTIVE MAY HAVE TO SUE OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASEES, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS RELEASE AND THE OTHER PROVISIONS HEREOF. EXECUTIVE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT EXECUTIVE HE HAS READ THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, HAS BEEN ADVISED BY THE COMPANY TO, AND HAS IN FACT, CONSULTED AN ATTORNEY, AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THAT BY SIGNING BELOW EXECUTIVE HE IS GIVING UP CERTAIN RIGHTS WHICH EXECUTIVE HE MAY HAVE TO SUE SXX OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASEES, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 3 OF THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT AND THE OTHER PROVISIONS HEREOF.
