Timeframes and Communications. 1. All time designations shall be in calendar days unless otherwise stipulated. If any Signatory does not object to FEMA’s finding or determination related to an Undertaking within an agreed upon timeframe, FEMA may proceed to the next step in the consultation process as described in Stipulation II, Project Review. 2. FEMA will call the THPOs and consulting Tribe(s) to inform them the notice and documentation has been sent and this is an expedited review. c. For the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), all non-disaster programs, IA, and PA undertakings to be reviewed after the JFO is closed, the response time for each request for concurrence shall be a maximum of thirty (30) days. 3. The Signatory will notify the Region VI Environmental Officer within thirty 30 days after an update, whereupon FEMA will notify the other Signatories of the update.
