Timeline for Delivery. Time is of the essence of this Agreement. Subcontractor shall commence the Work on the “Commencement Date” indicated on the applicable Statement of Work, and shall diligently and continuously prosecute and complete the Work on or before the “Completion Date,” as stated on the applicable Statement of Work.
Timeline for Delivery. College Confidential Information shall be provided to District annually at minimum and must be provided within a reasonable amount of time following the completion of the academic calendar year.
