Timeline for Delivery. Time is of the essence of this Agreement. Subcontractor shall commence the Work on the “Commencement Date” indicated on the applicable Statement of Work, and shall diligently and continuously prosecute and complete the Work on or before the “Completion Date,” as stated on the applicable Statement of Work.
Timeline for Delivery. The Parties agree in terms of Clause B.1 of Attachment A: Terms and Conditions that the Research and Related Activities will be agreed on a case-by-case basis in the form of a Call Down Contract. The Contractor will deliver the Research and Related Activities in accordance with the timelines set out in the agreed Call Down Contracts.
Timeline for Delivery. College Confidential Information shall be provided to District annually at minimum and must be provided within a reasonable amount of time following the completion of the academic calendar year.
