Timeline for Notification. The Board of Trustees shall, within ninety (90) days following the receipt of the record of the proceedings from the hearing officer, or the receipt of any written argument, or the date of any oral argument, whichever is later, send written notice of its final decision by email, by certified mail, return receipt requested, and by regular first class mail, to the last known home address of the affected faculty member, and a copy shall be sent to the President, the Appeals Review Committee and the representatives of the affected faculty member and the President, if any.
