Timeliness Measures Sample Clauses

Timeliness Measures. The opportunities and defects are measured in units of time. The opportunities are measured as the total amount of time in the measurement period for a file or other artifact (e.g., minutes in a day), and the defects are measured as the total time past the defined expected delivery time of a file or other artifact.
Timeliness Measures. The service level targets reflected in this document represent the levels and standards which the Transfer Agent applies to its day-to-day operations. The Transfer Agent will target 98% or better achievement of the timeliness standards noted below, recognizing that exceptions will apply as a result of late day mail deliveries, call out attempts, and other exceptions that may be necessary to resolve items fully. Additionally, the turnaround standards outlined for transaction timeliness are applicable to requests received in good order by the Transfer Agent before 4 PM EST.
