Common use of Timely Arrival Clause in Contracts

Timely Arrival. SABINE shall berth an LNG Vessel arriving before or during its Scheduled Unloading Date at the first opportunity that SABINE determines such LNG Vessel will not interfere with the berthing and unloading of any other scheduled LNG vessel with a higher berthing priority. Berthing priority for LNG vessels arriving before or during their respective Scheduled Unloading Dates shall be determined as follows:
