Times of Payment - Variable Components. The Agency shall pay to the State on or before the fifteenth day of each month of each year, commencing with the year of initial water delivery to the Agency, the charges to the Agency under the variable operation, maintenance, power, and replacement components of the Delta Water Charge and Transportation Charge, respectively, for which a statement was received by the Agency during the preceding month pursuant to subdivision (e) of this article, as such charges are stated in such statement.
