TIMING AND PRIORITY OF DISTRIBUTIONS OF AVAILABLE CASH. Available Cash shall be distributed to or for the benefit of the Partners of record as of the applicable Record Date not less frequently than monthly. All such distributions shall, subject to the rights of any holder of Preference Units, be distributed among the Partners holding OP Units and Participation Interests in proportion to their respective Percentage Interests as of the applicable Record Date.
